Room Additions/Whole House Remodels

A Room addition is a great way to transform your existing home into the home you have always wanted. That extra square footage can provide the needed space for that open concept kitchen; maybe add a family room with a fireplace or a new master bedroom with an En Suite bath.

We can take your project from the idea stage to final completion including architectural plans, engineering, and interior design and obtaining all of the needed permits. Working with one company to handle all of the details from the start will save money versus hiring a architect and builder separately. We work with the best craftsmen in each field to obtain the best possible outcome; your project will be in good hands every step of the way. Our goal is to go from conceptual design to a completed project that will exceed the homeowner's expectations and for each client to be so pleased with our services that we will be called back for all future remodeling needs as well as enthusiatily referred to family and friends.

 Our Process

1. Consultation

We offer a free initial  consultation where we will meet with you in your home and get a idea of your vision, problems you are trying to solve, goals and needs for your project at this time a preliminary budget will be discussed.

 2. Design

The first steps in arriving at the final project cost will be the design phase, during this time the design style that you like will be discussed and all of the finish materials as well as the complete scope of work will be detailed. It is very important that the project design align with your budget we understand that. If your project requires additional square footage or major structural changes an architect will be the first person you work with, if your project is a bath or kitchen remodel with no structural changes you will start with a interior designer Here we zero in on exactly what you want every project is taken with special attention and respect to each client needs and preferences we try to avoid “cookie cutter designs “

3. Project Documentation

Here the blue prints will be drawn up along with a Design/Material Selection booklet detailing all of the finish material selections and product samples when possible

 4. Permit Process

During this phase we will work with your local building department to obtain all of the needed permits to begin the project

 5. Build Process

Once the permits have been issued construction will begin, you will be given a project timeline for the project completion date and from that point on your main point of contact will be the company owner Phil Mathis who oversees all of our projects we feel this personal service is what sets us apart from the large companies where you may sometimes get lost in the shuffle.Your project will be built with attention to detail by the best local craftsmen in the industry most of our sub contractors have worked with us for years and all must maintain a very high set of standards to remain on our preferred list of vendors, including providing excellent workmanship and trustworthiness this ensures that each project is of the highest quality and finest workmanship.Call us today to get started.
